Pausing and Resuming Time Tracking

Micronet Mobile Applications keeps track of how much time is spent travelling to the job and how much time is spent performing the work. Sometimes it is necessary to pause the job tracking time - for example, while having lunch or if you need to go home and continue the next day. You can also pause tracking on one job so you can start work on another job.

To pause job tracking:

1. Display the Job Materials screen.

Refer to "Job Materials".

2. Select the Tracking button on the bottom toolbar.

Micronet displays a message asking you to confirm that you want to pause time tracking.

3. Select either:

• Pause - to pause tracking on the current job, e.g. for a lunch break, so you can come back to it later
• Pause and Close Job - to pause tracking on the current job and close it. This lets you start work on another job while saving all the details and time tracking for the current job, and allowing you to start work on it again at a later time.

If you paused the job, Micronet displays the Job Materials screen with the Paused button on the bottom toolbar displayed in red.

4. When you are ready to start work again and resume time tracking on a paused job, select the Paused button on the bottom toolbar.

Micronet redisplays the Job Materials screen.

5. Continue processing the job.
